   The NCAA Tournament describes the message of the sprit of our youth. These team develop virtues for the entire world to see. Along with the sites of success of  it, these colleges whom are deemed as underdogs or dark horses. On the court, in their divison and in their conference, these colleges has accepted leadership roles. This shows who their institutuions exemplify. Professionalism is what describe small colleges to become a dominant force to eventually have them to procede to an higher conference.

   Similar to the upset of Ohio vs. Georgetown 97-83, is the example of the dominance of sprit in the smaller teams. The virtues expressed by these schools represents a beacon of light in the American sprit. UAPB , a small Post Civil War city located 30 minutes outside of Little Rock competes with Duke Friday evening. The enthuiasm is expressed thru its teams , communities, towns and cities, as well as from its alumni. That dark-horse, underdog, represents a web start-up company, a new catering business, or a niche cornershop. From every corner of civilization, the enthusiasm represents the soul of every human who has a dream or idea to make fantasy become reality
